At creativefrenzy.in, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent process for collaborations between influencers and brands/employers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds and cancellations are processed for transactions on our platform.

1. General Policy

All payments made on creativefrenzy.in are processed through a secure escrow system. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms based on the stage of the project and the actions of both influencers and brands/employers.

2. Escrow System and Payment Protection

  • When a brand/employer hires an influencer, the agreed payment is held in escrow until the project is completed and approved by the brand/employer.
  • Funds will only be released from escrow when both parties agree that the project deliverables have been fulfilled as per the agreed terms.
  • In the event of a dispute or dissatisfaction with the deliverables, both parties are encouraged to use our dispute resolution system (see Section 5 below).

3. Cancellation Policy

For Brands/Employers:

  • Brands/employers can cancel a project before the influencer has begun working on it. In such cases, the full payment held in escrow will be refunded.
  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of completion. The influencer may be entitled to partial payment based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

For creativefrenzy:

  • creativefrenzy may cancel a project before starting the work without penalty.
  • If an influencer cancels the project after work has begun, the brand/employer will receive a full refund, and the creativefrenzy may be subject to account suspension or penalties for repeated cancellations.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Brands/Employers:

  • If the deliverables are not as agreed or not completed, the brand/employer may request a refund.
  • Refunds are only available if the project has not been approved or marked as completed.
  • Brands/employers must submit a refund request through the platform within 7 days of project completion if there is an issue with the deliverables.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed, and if found valid, the payment will be returned to the brand/employer’s account.

Refunds for creativefrenzy:

  • creativefrenzy are eligible for refunds if a brand/employer cancels the project before work begins and if there is any remaining balance after a partial project has been completed.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between creativefrenzy and brands/employers:

  • Both parties must submit their concerns and evidence through our dispute resolution system.
  • Our team will review the case and may request additional information from either party.
  • Based on the evidence, we will mediate the issue and determine whether a refund is due, whether the creativefrenzy is entitled to payment, or if the project needs further work.
  • Refund decisions made by our dispute resolution team are final.

Processing Time for Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Non-Refundable Payments

Certain services or payments are non-refundable:

  • Payments made outside the platform or escrow system.
  • Payments for projects that have been fully completed and approved.
  • Any fees related to third-party tools or services used in the project.
  • Administrative or transaction fees related to payment processing (unless otherwise stated).

8. Changes to This Policy

creativefrenzy.in reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes to the policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
