Any intellectual property, including but not limited to software, code, designs, or content, developed by Creative Frenzy Private Limited during the course of the project will remain the property of Creative Frenzy Private Limited, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client shall not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of Creative Frenzy Private Limited's intellectual property without prior written consent.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Creative Frenzy Private Limited for the successful completion of the services. Any delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may result in additional fees or delays in project completion.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without written consent from the other party.

Creative Frenzy Private Limited shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client or any third party arising out of the use of the services or any delays or interruptions in service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Creative Frenzy Private Limited shall be resolved through mutual negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Creative Frenzy Private Limited is located.

By engaging in business with Creative Frenzy Private Limited, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any modifications or amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds for services provided by Creative Frenzy Private Limited will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the client must demonstrate that the services provided by Creative Frenzy Private Limited were not performed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work, timelines, or deliverables as defined in the agreement or contract. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the completion of the services, along with detailed documentation and evidence to support the request.

Creative Frenzy Private Limited will review the refund request and may request additional information or clarification from the client. The refund amount, if approved, will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question, excluding any expenses or costs incurred by Creative Frenzy Private Limited during the course of the project. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days using the same method of payment used for the original payment.

Certain services provided by Creative Frenzy Private Limited may be non-refundable, such as third-party software licences, domain registrations, hosting fees, or other expenses incurred by Creative Frenzy Private Limited on behalf of the client. Creative Frenzy Private Limited shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client or any third party as a result of the denial or delay of a refund, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the refund process
